Job Description

We’re looking for a HR Data Visualisation & Reporting Analyst to join us in either London, Hove or Cardiff!

You’ll play a key role in implementing and maintaining Group HR’s reporting suite in line with the reporting strategy and ensuring appropriate controls are in place to achieve high standards of data quality, delivering fit for purpose management information to HR and the business.

What you'll be doing:

  1. Being responsible for the delivery of regular and ad-hoc reports to HR and the business, always aiming for automation and standardisation to support business requirements and continuous improvement
  2. Working closely with the HR, business and other teams to develop reporting and visualisation solutions that support continuous improvement in employee performance
  3. Managing reporting requests and queue, ensuring queries and requests for information are resolved in a timely manner and within agreed SLAs
  4. Being responsible for the accuracy and consistency of data across all reports
  5. Ensuring all reports are issued to key stakeholders on time, every time, always applying understanding of data security to end-user data access to ensure timely and accurate delivery of data to HR and the business
  6. Supporting the identification of issues, risks, opportunities for innovation and improvement through continuous review of data quality, processes and working practices, in order to continuously develop Group HR’s reporting suite so that deliverables are created in the most efficient way to improve performance
  7. Working with the wider People data & Insights team, HR Transformation programme, HR Systems, Group Functions and Group IT to support new data sources and system configuration changes as subject matter expert in data visualisation and reporting, including testing in pre-prod systems

Qualifications

Who we're looking for:

  1. Naturally, you’ll be a data visualisation expert with strong data and analytical skills and a specialism in people/HR data
  2. Demonstrable experience of Oracle, Alteryx and PowerBI
  3. Experience with Python & R would be great
  4. You’ll also be well versed in collaborating with colleagues at various levels and including to non-HR communities
  5. Knowledge of data protection, information governance and associated requirements. GDPR awareness and sensitivity
