HR Data Analyst – Workday Reports/Workday Prism

Location: Aldermaston (part-time onsite initially, moving to 3 days per week at Green Park office)

Contract Type: 6-Month Contract (with potential extension)

Working Arrangement: Onsite required (no hybrid/remote option)

Active Security Clearance (SC) is required to be considered for this role.


Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Data Analyst with strong Workday reporting expertise to support the design, implementation, and maintenance of HR data services and systems. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality reporting and insights, helping the HR function and wider business make data-driven decisions.


Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain Workday reports and Workday Prism data sets to meet business requirements.
  • Extract, analyse, and interpret HR data, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualisations to support decision-making and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Support HR projects and service improvements by contributing data expertise and recommendations.
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality in all HR data handling and reporting.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to improve processes, governance, and reporting standards.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven expertise in Workday report writing.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday Prism and data set building.
  • Strong technical report writing and data analysis skills.
  • Advanced Excel and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working in a project delivery environment with strong time management.

Desirable Skills
  • Data science background or exposure to advanced analytics.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow.
  • Experience in process improvement and service optimisation.

Security Requirements

Active Security Clearance (SC) is required to be considered for this role.
