Salary: £22,000 - £33,000

The primary purpose of this role is to provide effective administrative support and assistance to the HR Leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

Provides effective and dedicated administrative support to all the HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, HRBP and HR Operations.
Provide support to the HR Director in the management of the RPO.
Organise and schedule internal/external meetings, including collective scheduling, the reservation of meeting rooms and associated requirements (such as equipment, stationery, connectivity arrangements)

Prepare meeting agendas, ensuring follow up on tasks and take minutes as required
Assist with organisation of in-house/off-site HR activities such as induction and early careers experience days
Support the team with the development of presentations.

Person Specification:

Significant and demonstrable administrative experience
Ownership of data ensuring consistency, accuracy and timely delivery.
GCSE grades A to C / 5-7 (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.


Desirable qualifications / experience:

Experience of the full employee lifecycle within an HR role.
CIPD Diploma in Human Resources Practice (Foundation) Level 3 (or equivalent) or a willingness to study.
