ROLE PURPOSE:

Build the foundations to enable the Gedu HR division to become a data driven function. Drive the development of data to support.


ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Establish a HR analytics discipline for the Gedu group.
  2. Review existing HR data available in the group to identify opportunities to align and standardise data enabling regular reporting.
  3. Identify gaps in current available data sets in the group companies. Implement action plan to remediate. Monitor ongoing reporting quality and work with local teams to enforce standards.
  4. Implement regular reporting cycles on Headcount (monthly) and recruitment (weekly).
  5. Leverage Power BI and other tools to maximise the insights gained from any data/analysis.
  6. Provide analytical & process support in the performance review/compensation/bonus review process.
  7. Provide excel/analytical support in HR matters where required and where opportunity presents itself.
  8. Leverage data to drive ad hoc insights as requested by Senior management & other key stakeholders.
  9. Support stakeholders in understanding & interpreting the analysis to develop insights & action plans.
  10. Fold new & acquired businesses into the reporting process as required.


Essential Skills and Experience:

  1. Exceptional data analysis skills.
  2. Strong experience in establishing a HR analytics discipline in an immature landscape.
  3. Good experience in producing accurate & reliable data from inconsistent sources.
  4. Excellent communication skills.
  5. Strong experience in managing international data & implementing a common lexicon which all parties understand.
  6. Substantial experience of using Power BI & other tools to develop insights.
  7. Strong stakeholder management.
