We’re Hiring: Healthcare Business Data Analyst (M/F/X - Hybrid – Ewing, USA or UK remote)

Adaequatio Services is supporting GS1, the global language of business, in recruiting a Healthcare Business Data Analyst to strengthen its global healthcare team.

About the Role

This role is designed to enhance the efficiency and impact of GS1’s healthcare initiatives by improving data quality, transforming data into actionable insights, and automating processes to support strategic decision-making.

You will work in a cross-functional environment, collaborating closely with business and technical teams, contributing to healthcare-focused projects, and supporting IT and software engineering practices. Over time, this position offers growth opportunities into more strategic and business-oriented responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with international teams to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.


  • Analyse and validate data from multiple sources using Power BI, SQL, and Python.


  • Maintain and enhance dashboards, design new visualisations, and improve reporting workflows.


  • Support automation of operational processes (e.g. CRM, project tracking, business metrics).


  • Identify and resolve data quality issues and contribute to continuous improvement.


Your Profile


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field.


  • 2+ years of business-facing data experience, 3+ years advanced use of Power BI (DAX, data modeling).


  • 2+ years of Python for data manipulation, automation, and integration.


  • Proficient in SQL Server and experienced with data warehouses / lakes.


  • Strong analytical mindset, detail orientation, and ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


  • Fluent in English; collaborative, adaptable, and proactive in a multicultural environment.


Nice to have: Microsoft Azure data ecosystem experience, predictive analytics methods, CRM systems, data governance knowledge, or Power BI certification.
