Their lean, skilled team thrives on collaboration, especially between their data science and engineering teams, to drive forward-thinking solutions and industry advancements.Job Description for Head of Engineering / Tech Lead You will be an experienced and hands-on Head of Engineering to lead and grow the engineering team in Bristol. This is a strategic and technical leadership role that requires over 10 years of industry experience in building data-intensive applications within the financial sector, with a preference for experience in insurance.
