Your Leadership

Qualifications

Experience & Expertise:

  • 8+ years in senior data strategy leadership roles.
  • Track record implementing enterprise-wide data initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of data governance and ethical frameworks.
  • Experience navigating complex, matrix organizational structures.

Leadership & Vision:

  • Strategic thinker who balances governance with innovation.
  • Proven ability to influence C-level executives and drive organizational change.
  • People-focused leadership style that empowers teams.
  • Visionary mindset that anticipates future data trends.

Knowledge & Education:

  • Advanced degree in Information Management, Business Administration or related field.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Interest in agricultural innovation and sustainability.

Location: Remote working is possible within the UK if you can commute to Bracknell or Manchester at least three times per month.
