Contract: Permanent (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: £61,680 - £73,378 per annum (London)

About The Role

As Head of Data Analytics and Evaluation you will lead the development and delivery of a comprehensive data strategy, embedding data‑informed decision‑making across all levels of the organisation. You’ll ensure robust systems, insightful analytics, and effective evaluation frameworks underpin our mission. Working with Technology, Compliance, Programme Management and other key functions, you’ll align digital platforms and data capabilities with organisational needs, championing ethical and innovative use of data and AI.


Hybrid Working

Centrepoint operates a hybrid model, requiring a minimum of 50% of the working week in the London office. Full‑time staff will typically attend five days over a two‑week period; part‑time and compressed contracts will be adjusted accordingly.


About You

  • You have significant experience leading data, analytics or evaluation teams in complex organisations.
  • You possess advanced skills in Microsoft platforms (including Power BI and Fabric) and digital ecosystems.
  • You are adept at developing and delivering data strategies and digital transformation projects.
  • You demonstrate strong leadership, collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • You have a deep understanding of AI use cases, risks and ethical considerations.
  • You are skilled in business case development, budget management and resource planning.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and implement a data strategy that enables data‑informed decision‑making at all levels, monitor data maturity and support teams to use data effectively.
  • Provide accessible, timely and relevant analytics and reporting to support programme delivery and organisational learning, ensuring dashboards and self‑service tools are widely adopted.
  • Lead the design and delivery of rigorous evaluation frameworks, producing and disseminating impact reports to inform ongoing improvement.
  • Manage and develop a high‑performing Data Analytics and Evaluation team, promote a collaborative culture, and oversee business planning, budgeting and resource allocation.
