Salary:£100,000-£120,000 + strong options (50% option pool available) + benefits

Location:London - 1-2 days a week in office

Manage and lead a dynamic team of Data Scientists and Data Engineers at a well-funded AdTech startup

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Working closely with a small team of 5, to help scale their AdTech platform
• A variety of projects from LLMs, NLP to classical ML
• Working alongside technical and non-technical stakeholders - work closely with Head of Software Engineering
• Driving the latest innovative research in Engineering, deploying core projects onto their AWS platform
• Opportunity to upskill and manage whilst doing code reviews and being hands-on, reporting into the CEO

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Required

• MSc or PhD in STEM related subject + experience in Data Engineering & Data Science
• Ideal exposure to LLMs
• Technical leadership experience is required
• Management experience is preferred but this role is open to those who have mentored and want to take a step up
• Excellent communication skills with proven experience working with stakeholders
• Previous startup experience is preferred
