Head of AI – Hybrid (Adhoc travel to London) - £100,000-£125,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Package

About the Role

As the Head of AI, you will sit at the intersection of business strategy and advanced technology, helping clients navigate the complexities of AI adoption. You will identify high-impact AI use cases, design comprehensive implementation roadmaps, and oversee large-scale transformation programs that align with business objectives.


You’ll work across industries and functions, collaborating with a diverse team of strategists, technologists, and consultants to deliver meaningful results. This role offers the chance to influence C-suite decision-makers, lead multidisciplinary teams, and drive the future of AI innovation for organizations worldwide.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Strategic AI Consulting:Collaborate with client stakeholders to assess business challenges, identify AI opportunities, and define tailored roadmaps.
  • Use Case Prioritisation:Discover impactful AI applications, estimate ROI, and prioritize initiatives based on feasibility and value.
  • End-to-End Oversight:Lead the implementation of AI solutions into business processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Performance Measurement:Develop frameworks to track the success of AI projects and their business impact.
  • Team Leadership:Guide and mentor cross-functional teams, including data engineers, software developers, agile coaches, and AI experts.
  • Business Development:Partner with leadership to foster new client relationships and drive opportunities for groundbreaking AI projects.
  • Thought Leadership:Stay at the forefront of AI trends and technologies, sharing insights and identifying opportunities for clients to innovate.


What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in technology and strategy roles, ideally within consulting, blue-chip companies, or startups.
  • At least 2 years of managerial experience in top-tier strategy consulting or senior IT consulting roles.
  • A strong strategic mindset combined with a passion for technology and innovation.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel as required.
