Reports to:Chief Content Officer

Contract:Full time | 37.5 hours per week

About the Role

We're looking for a driven, curious and data-savvy Guest Data Analyst and Coordinator to join our Content team during an exciting stage of growth. This role sits at the intersection of editorial instinct and data insight—supporting guest booking decisions that not only inspire our audience but also perform strongly across YouTube, Apple, Spotify and social media.


You’ll work closely with the Head of Talent and other teams to ensure that every guest brings maximum impact, aligning with our brand valuesandour performance metrics. From analysing audience trends to managing logistics and talent communication, this is a hands-on role that blends research, coordination and strategy.


Key Responsibilities


  • Support the booking team in identifying, pitching and booking guests across all shows


  • Develop and maintain tools (using data and analytics) to assess guest suitability based on audience interests, channel performance, and brand fit


  • Work with AI, YouTube, and Social teams to build strategic guest briefs that help hosts deliver standout interviews


  • Collaborate with production to manage logistics and ensure guests have a smooth experience before, during and after the recording


  • Research emerging voices, experts, cultural moments and trending topics to keep the guest pipeline fresh and relevant


  • Maintain clear, proactive communication with guests, internal teams, and stakeholders


  • Keep guest records and scheduling organised and up to date


What We're Looking For:


  • A genuine passion for the High Performance mission and content


  • Experience building and/or using data analysis tools (Youtube, Excel, Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Notion, or similar)


  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


  • Confident working with high-profile individuals and external partners


  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a collaborative mindset


  • Social media and current event savvy and aware of what’s resonating online


  • Interested in wellbeing, performance, and personal development
