You’ll collaborate with experienced data analysts and consultants on real projects, making meaningful contributions to client success while enhancing your technical and analytical capabilities.


Please note: Onboarding will take place in our London office.


Key Responsibilities

As a Graduate Data Analyst, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals on a variety of real-world projects, supporting data-driven decision-making across internal and client teams. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with data collection strategies and research tasks
  • Supporting the development of data workflows and maintaining data quality
  • Helping to prepare reports and dashboards using Power BI
  • Writing basic SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze data
  • Presenting insights in a clear and engaging way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Contributing to the documentation of data processes and standards
  • Participating in meetings and brainstorming sessions to solve business problems
  • Learning from senior analysts and developing your technical skills through hands-on experience


Candidate Profile

We’re looking for a curious and driven individual who enjoys working with data to uncover trends and inform decisions. The ideal candidate will bring:

  • A background in a relevant area such as Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business, or any related discipline
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel for organizing and analyzing data
  • Some familiarity with SQL or a strong interest in learning it
  • Exposure to tools like Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization platforms is a bonus, but not essential
  • An eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to share insights with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • A motivated and open-minded attitude with a willingness to learn and grow professionally
