Graduate Data Analyst - Data-Driven & Sustainability-Focused
📍 Location: Birmingham Area | 💼 Full-time | 💰 £26-28K + 10% bonus and benefits

Are you passionate about solving environmental challenges with data and insight? Do you enjoy managing client relationships while using analytics to drive smarter decisions? If so, this could be your perfect next role.

We are partnered with an environmental consultancy who are on a mission to help organisations create measurable environmental impact through strategy and innovation. They partner with clients across all sectors to deliver data-led sustainability solutions dealing with major PLC's.

They are a rapidly growing business who are seeking several Analytically focused Account Managers to join their team and play a key role in deepening client relationships, delivering insights, and driving impactful outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing..

As the main point of contact between their clients and their consultancy teams you will be combining excellent people skills with analytical thinking to deliver value and clarity.

📊 Insight Delivery & Analysis

Translate complex environmental data into actionable recommendations
Work with technical teams to ensure accurate reporting and impactful solutions
Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for deeper engagement or optimisation 🔍 Client Ownership

Be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients
Understand their environmental goals and tailor our services accordingly
Build lasting relationships through trust, insight, and delivery What You'll Bring

They don't expect you to know everything, but you'll need curiosity, capability, and communication skills to thrive in a technical and client-facing role.

A numeric/analytically focused degree background with Advanced Excel/MS Suite
Strong analytical skills - comfortable interpreting data, models or dashboards
Excellent communication (both written and verbal) you can explain complex topics in a simple way
Experience in a customer service or hospitality role
A genuine interest in solving environmental challenges
