Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • The Reporting Lead is responsible for designing, developing and managing Reporting solutions within Fusion REPORTING, EPM, Fusion Data Intelligence and Analytics and other Reporting solutions.
  • The role requires expertise in various Oracle Reporting tool, data analysis and collaboration with business stakeholders to deliver insights that drive business decisions. The fusion Reporting lead ensures data accuracy, enhances Reporting capabilities and provides leadership in creating a robust Reporting framework that supports all business functions.
  • Design and deliver Oracle Reporting functional architecture strategy with leading practices throughout all phases of Computershare's Reporting Transformation
  • Reviews and approves Change Requests with impact in the REPORTING space.
  • Supports and is knowledgeable on all interfaces and integrations as they relate to REPORTING working closely with global technology teams.

    Top 3 Soft Skills:

    Essential:
  • Must have relevant tertiary education in an I.T. or Finance or related discipline
  • Accredited with Oracle Certified Professional or similar
  • The role requires strong understanding of Reporting tools including OTBI, BI publisher and Smart View along with data analysis, report optimization and data governance
  • Minimum 10-15 years of working experience with Oracle REPORTING technology ( preferably in a hands on functional or technical capacity)
  • Exposure to Oracle Fusion cloud implementations in the context of how they relate to REPORTING.

    Preferred:

  • Understanding Oracle applications and architecture would be highly regarded, but exposure to other financial system applications would be considered.
  • Ideally, would have a degree in accounting or a recognised professional accounting qualification and a qualification in an I.T.-related discipline. Substantial experience in related areas would be considered in the absence of formal qualifications.
  • Experience in COBIT or ITIL best practices.
  • Experience in working within an Agile environment
