Team / Role Overview

The DRO CDGP Compliance Group is responsible for adherence to the CDGP across Services, Markets, Banking & International and Client (SMB & IC) Operations. The remit extends to reporting back on the progress made within the SMB & IC group with a holistic view on the progress made across the firm for the adoption of the CDGP with particular focus on Data and Regulatory Operations (DRO).


What You'll Do

  • Assist with program governance and execution of best practices across the relevant global data domains with a key role in the creation of an operational model to ensure adherence to the CDGP.
  • Work in close partnership with the Global Functional heads, regional Data Governance Officers, Data Leads and Enterprise Data Office (EDO) to achieve adherence.
  • Help identify Ops owned Critical Data elements (CDEs) for process associated with in-scope Products/Processes and bring them under Governance.
  • Prepare project plan for assessing and completing CDGP adherence.
  • Create Ops Product scorecard and status report.
  • CDGP Compliance – Domain management, domain setup, data manager/data consumer roles, domain responsibilities integration with MRD.
  • Policy Integration within CDGP – adjustments policy, MCA policy, records retention policy.
  • Simple and complex retirements.
  • Responsible for day‑to‑day management of executing to milestones and budget on multiple complex projects.
  • Assist with the facilitation, coordination, and arbitration of cross‑functional macro level topics within/across projects and with senior management.

What We Need From You

  • Experience in a related role.
  • Clear understanding of the firm’s different businesses and the related economics.
  • Analytical and project management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs.
  • Familiarity with industry project management practices and all phases of software development life cycle.
  • In‑depth knowledge of how the function integrates within overall technology to achieve objectives.
