GCS Operations Junior Data Analyst – Salary of Circa £27,000
12 month FTC
This role is to assist the Quality & Controls Manager in leading the analysis of data quality and insights to drive improvements, ensuring data accuracy and supporting operational and strategic decision-making across GCS.
A bit about the job:
Conduct analysis of performance metrics to identify trends, inconsistencies and areas for improvement
Develop and implement a reporting suite of business-important metrics across GCS Operations
Translate complex data findings into actionable insights that supports GCS and GCS Ops decisions
Taking personal responsibility for development in line with business strategy and driving opportunities for operational improvements
Acting on feedback from colleagues and sharing ideas with managers and peers
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Proficient inExcel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Power Apps, and SharePoint
Knowledge of Qlik would be desirable but not essential
The ability to create visualisations (charts, graphs, dashboards) to communicate data insights clearly and concisely.
The ability to identify problems, develop solutions and understand the analysis of complex information and its impacts
Previous experience in the insurance industry is preferable but, again, not essential

Starting salary of

Circa £27,000

depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
