  • You’ll show the desire to create data-driven structures and narratives in builds that drive impactful change across the marketing landscape.
  • You’ll embrace an outcome-oriented culture, where strategy & tactics are alive and help clients thrive.
  • In time, there may be the opportunity to lead day-to-day for select clients independently, showing high levels of accuracy and acumen to develop these relationships beyond existing projects as appropriate.
  • You’ll develop excellent client relationships and embed yourself in their business where and if appropriate, though primarily the role is seen as M&C Saatchi internal-facing.
  • You’ll contribute to Fluency’s own strategic development methodologies and approaches.
  • You’ll help disrupt the space working with reliable, best-in-class suppliers.
  • You’ll drive at your own knowledge base, actively deepening your skills.

ABOUT YOU:

You are a full stack developer with particular expertise working on creating robust back-end solutions that combine multiple data sources, and a self-starter with an inquisitive mind. You are not afraid to ask questions. You form thought-provoking hypotheses. You are ‘in the detail’ and love learning new approaches and techniques.

You enjoy delivering simple, intuitive solutions. You want to help clients transform. You understand the importance of data in making informed decisions. You have a strong POV on how data is delivered as accessible tools now. You have a strong POV on how efficient and well-designed data back-ends can do more to help make ongoing delivery seamless. • Version Control:Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket.
  • Other:API design, data visualization, security best practices.

WHAT YOU'RE GOOD AT:
