Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Delivery Management:Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and meet the required quality standards.
  • Client Engagement:Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, providing regular updates, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Team Leadership:Coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g., developers, data engineers, architects) to deliver client solutions. Foster a collaborative environment that drives productivity and innovation.
  • Risk and Issue Management:Proactively identify risks and issues in projects, develop mitigation plans, and ensure timely resolution to avoid disruptions in delivery.
  • Process Improvement:Continuously assess and improve delivery processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency and quality in project delivery.
  • Stakeholder Management:Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Budget and Resource Management:Monitor project budgets, ensuring resource allocation is optimized and financial targets are met.
  • Performance Tracking:Develop and implement KPIs to track project progress, team performance, and customer satisfaction, providing transparency to all stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven Experience:5+ years of experience in IT delivery management, with a strong focus on Elasticsearch or similar search technologies.
  • Technical Understanding:experience with cloud-based environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Leadership Skills:Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and mentor cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Project Management Skills:Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) and tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.
  • Client Management:Strong experience managing customer relationships, understanding their needs, and delivering solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
  • Problem-Solving:Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of resolving issues quickly and effectively.
  • Communication:Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts in a clear, concise manner.
  • Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
