Are you ready to play a pivotal role in driving financial excellence within a global organisation? We are seeking a talented FP&A Manager to join a high-performing finance team and support senior leadership in achieving strategic goals.

About the Role:

As FP&A Manager, you'll work closely with the Finance Director and leadership team to oversee forecasting, budgeting, and month-end reporting. This is a high-impact, visible role offering the opportunity to drive decision-making and contribute to the organisation's success.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the month-end and quarterly forecast processes, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables.
Develop and deliver comprehensive OPR, forecast, and budget reports.
Support the Finance Director in crafting a global data strategy and analytics framework.
Oversee the consolidation of accounts and integration activities for acquisitions.
Collaborate with finance teams across regions to ensure adherence to deadlines and robust financial practices.
Assist in the close of annual targets for sales bonus plans.
Drive the design and implementation of dashboards and reporting tools.
Identify risks and opportunities, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making.

About You

Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in financial consolidation across multiple sites.
Strong financial modelling, scenario analysis, and dashboard creation skills.
Background in dynamic, results-driven environments.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Track record of delivering significant change projects successfully.

Qualifications:

ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent experience in accounting.
