The FP&A Manager is responsible for providing strategic financial insights and analysis to drive decision-making within the organization. This role involves managing financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis while partnering with various departments to optimize financial performance and support strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning and Forecasting

• Develop and manage annual group budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial plans.

• Prepare detailed variance analysis comparing actuals to budget and forecast, identifying trends and insights.

  Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  
  Education:
  
  
• Professional accountancy qualification
  
  Experience:
  
  
• 3+ years of progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, or a related field.
  
  
• Prior experience in managerial or leadership roles is preferred.
