SF Recruitment are working with an exciting business based in Birmingham, for the recruitment of a Finance Manager.

Location: North Birmingham (Hybrid)

This role will play a pivotal role in managing the financial health of the business. You will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting strategic decision-making. Your expertise will be essential in driving financial stability and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for monthly group reporting.
  • Assist with consolidated P&L and balance sheet budget and forecasting.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Collaborate with department heads to provide financial analysis and insights for decision-making.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency.
  • Co-ordinating external audit being a key point of contact between the business and the auditors.
  • Preparing ad-hoc reports analysis for internal and external stakeholders.

    The Successful Applicant:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Microsoft Excel).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
