Overview

The successful candidate will be logical and have a fantastic attention to detail, and will work in partnership with Business leaders to agree their forecast position and with the wider people team to provide narrative on headcount changes. The role will also identify improvements and change ways of working to embed the use of Anaplan and ensure it is being used to effect efficient change. If you're comfortable providing monthly forecasts, capturing information and crafting creative reports and charts using Excel, we'd love to hear from you!


Responsibilities

  • Provide monthly forecasts and capture information; create reports and charts using Excel.
  • Embed the use of Anaplan to enable efficient change.
  • Partner with business leaders and the people team to understand headcount changes and narrative around forecasts.

Qualifications & Skills

  • High level of expertise in the use of Excel.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including interrogating data and producing reports.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to challenge.
  • Analytical problem solving, a high level of numeracy and system literacy.
  • Logical thinker with great attention to detail.
  • Experience in working in a People / HR function (Desirable).
  • Experience in identifying anomalies in data.
  • Ability to train line managers to ensure they take ownership for knowing and checking their people data is accurate.
  • A self-motivated individual who can work to fixed deadlines in a structured and logical manner.
