Finance & Business Intelligence Manager, WatchHouse. 

In short:We’relooking for acommercially mindedFinance & Business Intelligence Manager to join our growing team. This is a pivotal role supporting financial decision-making across the business, combiningstrong analytical capabilities with solidcommercialacumen. Reporting directly to the Finance Director,you'llbe responsible for providing the business with actionable insights and understandable financial information.  

Directlyreports into (Line Manager): Finance Director.  

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Develop and ownoperational dashboards using Power BI,Tenzo, or similar tools  

  • Championthe use of data and insight in business decision-making, helping to develop a data-informed culture  

  • Take ownership of data warehousing and integration throughout the business 

  • In collaboration with the Commercial team, undertake price benchmarking research and recommend pricing changes 

  • Produce reports on new product launches toidentifysuccesses and learning points 

  • Provide financial oversight and insight into franchisee performance, including reviewing management accounts and KPIs  

  • Proactively identify and articulate opportunities for the business 

  • Respond to ad hoc analysis and information requests from stakeholders across the business  

  • Support the Finance team with the production ofshort-term cash flow forecasts, budgeting, and the long-term financial model 

The role in more detail:  

The Finance & Business Intelligence Manager will act as a bridge between finance, operations, and strategy, providing both day-to-day financial support and long-term planning tools. You will lead efforts toconsolidateandvisualisedata across systems, producing real-time dashboards and detailed reports to inform decisions at all levels of the business. You will take full ownership of the budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring alignment across departments and financialrigourin planning. Through close collaboration with the Finance Director and other stakeholders,you’llensure wemaintainrobust financial oversight—particularly in franchise operations. This role will be key in supporting our ambition to create a culture where data is valued and understood as a critical business asset.  

Key to this role:  

  • ACA / ACCA / CIMA part or fully qualified (or equivalent), orqualified by experience with strong technical competence. 

  • Proven experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting. 

  • Strong Excel skills and experience working with business intelligence tools like Power BI, Tableau, orTenzo. 

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex datato non-financial stakeholdersin a clear, compelling way. 

  • Prior experience with SQL databases is highly desirable, alongside a basic understanding of APIs and data flows between systems. 

  • Prior experience in the hospitality sector or franchise models is highly desirable.  

  • Proactive, collaborative mindset and attention to detail.
