About the Role:

We are looking for a handson individual who will be able to lead the team while bringing new ways of thinking to empower the agency through the development of innovative solutions.

Reporting directly to our Data & Technology Transformation Partner you will use your skills to develop and deploy an internal product to facilitate our analytical and data driven approach. This will include ensuring that the product follows standardised methodologies to serve a wide range of clients and architecting its future. A team of established data engineers will require management and mentoring to deliver on this product solution. You will also work closely with our other DTT disciplines to deliver on data science modelling outputs and market leading dashboards as well as collaborating with the wider business to establish efficient ways of working.

This is an exciting opportunity with an excellent opportunity to strategically shape the agency and the way it operates and handles data. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running with their technical ability define their work and be a selfstarter and drive best practice within the overall team

Whilst experience with digital media data isnt a prerequisite it would be extremely beneficial.
