Job Role:
Taylor Woodrow is recruitingfor an Environmental Data Analyst to be based out of our head office inWatford. Reporting to the Head of Environment,the Environmental Data Analyst will be responsible collating data from ourprojects and presenting to the senior management team.
Duties:
·Supportthe Head of Environment in developing environmental reporting governancestandards to ensure that data is collected and verified in accordance with theVINCI Common Language.
·Datamapping to ensure accurate and transparent reporting, and identifying areas forimprovement.
·Collect, analyse and interpret sustainabilitydata from various sources to track performance againstthe Taylor Woodrow Environmental Ambitions
·Maintain and continuously improve ourgreenhouse gas (GHG), waste, water and incident data capture, analysis andreporting system, ensuring it is fit for purpose andreflective of GHG Protocol, VINCI and wider sector best practice.
·Collaborate with project and regional stakeholders to improvedata collection and accuracy at source with the use of bulk upload and dataautomation.
·Developand continually maintain existing the environmental dashboard.
·Produce reports and present actionable insights to projects andregional teams ineasy to understand formats.
·Whereapplicable, work with teams to develop bespoke digital tools, e.g. carbonforecasting and reporting, API’s to automate data collection etc.
·Supportthe roll out of the VINCI Construction reporting system in Taylor Woodrow, bethat via internal development or procurement and implementation of athird-party system.
Person Specification:
·Previous experience in a Data Analyst’s role, preferablymanaging environmental or sustainability information
·Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
·Working knowledge of Power BI would beadvantageous
