Are you an experienced Electrical Supervisor looking for your next opportunity? We are recruiting for a hands-on professional to oversee planned and reactive electrical maintenance while supporting site operations at a key distribution centre.

About the Role

As an Electrical Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations by delivering and supervising both planned and reactive electrical maintenance. This is a practical role where at least 50% of your time will be spent carrying out hands-on tasks.
You will be the first point of contact for electrical maintenance support on-site, escalating issues to specialists when necessary. Additionally, you will assist in managing site rotas and conducting key people-related activities such as return-to-work interviews.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and deliver technical electrical repairs and preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules.

Ensure all compliance documentation is accurately completed and stored.

Monitor open jobs, PPM schedules, and compliance to achieve 100% on-time completion.

Serve as the key point of contact for third-party logistics (3PL) teams.

Complete all work efficiently, meeting high-quality standards while adhering to health and safety regulations.

Accurately log all tasks in real-time, ensuring data integrity and continuity.

Support and develop team skills in electrical automation and mechanised systems.

Maintain stock control and oversee maintenance-related administrative tasks.

What We're Looking For:

NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds 236 Part 1 & 2, or equivalent qualification in electrical installation/maintenance.

Minimum of 3 years' experience in automated electrical systems or mechanical/pneumatic systems.

Ideally, experience in a supervisory role.

Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in compliance and reporting.

Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.

A proactive, hands-on approach with problem-solving capabilities.
