ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Digital & Technology Project Manager on a dedicated technology client account, you will be responsible for identifying, forming, and driving technology projects forward to completion. You will work closely with the Technology and Transformation Lead in executing this.

You will be the Technology project and Subject Matter Expert and work closely with other SMEs across the Transformation Organisation.You will also liaise with members of the account across the whole of EMEA and Sweden. You will have the opportunity to work on technology and digitisation projects covering emerging technologies, AI, Workplace Experience, Security Operations, Energy & Sustainability, Finance and Data Quality Management. Travel may be required to solution and deliver these projects.

JOB SUMMARY:
This person will be self-motivated, inquisitive, hungry for self-development, and keen to get involved with building strength in the services offered to our client.
The successful candidate will have extensive involvement in technology projects from design to delivery including identifying key deliverables, managing risk, and communicating progress. They will be involved in designing and delivering change management processes to ensure good adoption and proof points of success are captured.
They will be able to work quickly and independently and produce high-quality update PowerPoint and project presentations. They will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and build relationships and trust through high-quality and well-executed delivery.
A working understanding of data structure and technology architecture will assist in the formation and challenge of technology projects.

This role will involve deputising for the Technology & Transformation Lead. Representing technology initiatives in meetings with key stakeholders, preparing content and communications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Accountable for technology project success and digital transformation activities
Work closely with SMEs and business to identify and drive forward technology projects
Liaise with cross-functional teams in the clients Real Estate primarily across Global Workplace Innovation and Global Strategy and Transformation
Responsible for hand-off to Account Team and assists with stabilization of projects
Understand extent of CBRE Technology stack being used on the account and where variation is required and why
Liaise with CBRE D&T Platform to scope and deliver projects into the account
Manage the Vantage Analytics Pipeline of work and work closely with Data Quality Management Team and CMMS Specialist to develop dashboards and Vantage product improvements
Maintain momentum for all projects across varied stakeholder groups and quickly escalate delays to ensure assistance is given for projects

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

Ability to organise multiple projects to ensure progress is maintained and risk is managed
An expert in presentation, oral communication, and written response
Ability to listen and take time to fully understand the subject being discussed before drawing conclusions or assuming the solution and required project
Naturally inquisitive and willing to research and learn about new and unknown areas within the role that may emerge
Able to work to deadlines, either self-imposed or generated by account event cadence
Structured and concise document creator
Experience of Product Requirement Document and Business Process Map creation is desired
Basic financial understanding to be able to track simple cost, invoicing, and reconciliation of projects
Able to predict possible risks and proactively develop mitigation plans with the appropriate stakeholders
