About the role


We are seeking for a Data Management leader to drive the transformation of data into trusted, easy-to-access, analytics-ready assets that support strategic decision-making across commercial and operational domains. This role will review current data landscape, provide recommendations and then drive the implementation of a modern data architecture and efficient data management tools to enable scalable, governed, and interoperable platforms for advanced analytics and AI.

Key responsibilities

Deliver strategic recommendations and drive the development and execution of the Data Architecture roadmap aligned with business priorities.


Design and implement a scalable, cloud-first data platform including ELT/ETL pipelines, data lakes, and analytics warehouses.
Collaborate with Reporting & Analytics teams to ensure data is structured for optimal consumption.
Oversee the transformation of operational data into certified models for predictive analytics and reporting.
Contribute to the rollout of Data Governance and Data Quality frameworks, including tooling and policy enforcement
Support the migration from legacy systems to modern platforms with robust metadata management.
Enable AI and ML-driven analytics through platform scalability and data readiness.
Establish CI/CD pipelines and monitoring systems for data reliability and performance.
Maintain centralized repositories for code, documentation, and metadata.

About you

Extensive experience (15+ years) in data architecture, engineering, and analytics leadership, including 5+ years in senior roles.


Proven expertise with AWS, Azure, Databricks, Power Platform, Redshift, and modern programming languages (Python, SQL, Spark) and data tools (e.g., DBT, Airflow).
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and MLOps practices.
Strategic thinker with excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Holds relevant certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, Databricks) and a Master’s in Information Systems or Engineering.
