Job Summary

We have an exciting opportunity to join the team! The Data Analytics and Effectiveness Lead for Corporate Affairs, Brand & Marketing (CABM) spans across website analytics for the bank, social listening & media sentiment reporting, and effectiveness measurement for key CABM activities across Sponsorships, Brand, Marketing, Communications, and Events. The role is based in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a people leader
  • Manage senior stakeholders
  • Vendor management
  • Develop measurement methodologies and frameworks for key activities in Sponsorships, Brand, Marketing, Communications, and Events
  • Translate data into actionable insights to enhance marketing and communication strategies
  • Lead social insights projects using social listening data to inform content and campaign planning
  • Support the Head of Planning to provide a holistic view of CABM activations leveraging PACE and collaborating with CABM units
  • Lead the integration of measurement workflows into PACE, CABM's campaign workflow tool, to improve impact measurement and reporting

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in a similar role within a financial services organization
  • Senior stakeholder management skills
  • Programme management and leadership experience
  • Strong data acumen
  • People leadership experience
  • Data, analytics, and insights expertise
