The Company

WeComm are working exclusively with a long standing client who're an incredible global footwear and apparel business operating out of Amsterdam. They're on an amazing growth journey which has seen them break record after record while they continue to set the standards in the industry for both quality and sustainable fashion. Next up for this global powerhouse is to continue expanding their eCommerce team with a Digital Analytics Manager who will ensure digital performance insights drive growth, efficiency and customer engagement.


The Role

This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution as you lead a team to drive data-informed decision making across their eCommerce and marketplace businesses. You will work cross-functionally with teams in Digital, Marketing, IT and Technology to optimise user experience and maximise revenue opportunites by understanding customer behaviour, site performance, audience attributes and segmentation as well as financial/business metrics. As well as site metrics,this role is very focused on business insights meaning financial/planning/trading/product analytics experience with Business Intelligence is essential.


Responsibilities Include

-Leadership & Team Mangement- Develop a high performing analytics team with a data-driven culture that ensures insights influence decision making.

-Reporting- Design, build and deploy BI solutions to all key stakeholders, as well as identifying opportunities for improvement in current reporting methods.

-Digital & Web Analytics- Oversee website and customer journey analytics while working closely with internal teams to improve digital performance

-Marketplace & eCommerce Data Insights- Partner with stakeholders to track and optimise sales performance, channel attribution and profitability.

-Data & Business Intelligence- Ensure alignment between web analytics and backend data to provide a holistic view of business peformance. Work closely with Regional and Global BI teams to enhance data infrastructure, dashboards and reporting automation.


The Person

The ideal candidate has a passion for data analytics with strong stakeholder management and the ability to bridge the communication gap from technical insights to the non-technical teams.

- Strong experience with Google Analytics (GA4)

- Expertise in SQL and/or Python, data visualisation (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and tag management (GTM, Tealium)

- Previous experience working with marketplace data (Zalando, ASOS, Amazon, etc)
