What you'll be doing

Future's Data & Business Intelligence team is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to play a pivotal role in our B2C division, working with household names like Tom's Guide, Marie Claire, PC Gamer, and CinemaBlend. For this particular role you will report into the Business Intelligence Manager.

We empower our teams with actionable insights, enabling them to make, data-backed decisions that accelerate results. Our mission is to bridge the gap between data and wisdom, ensuring the right insights reach the right people at the right time.

In this hands-on analytical role, you'll be instrumental in delivering key insights and solutions that directly impact our strategic and operational decisions. You'll partner with stakeholders across eCommerce, Audience, Sales, and Product, diving deep into complex business challenges and translating data into clear, actionable recommendations.

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve

  • Experience as a mid-weight Data Analyst, business Intelligence Analyst or in a similar analytic role
  • Analytical experience in digital analytics, audience insights, digital advertising, eCommerce, subscriptions, or marketing.
  • Experience working with GA4 data for digital performance analysis.
  • Proficient in SQL for complex data extraction and manipulation; experience with BI tools like Google BigQuery, Looker/Looker Studio, and Google Sheets.
  • Produce insightful, accurate, and user-friendly reports and dashboards.
  • Showcasing analytical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong product mindset; experienced in gathering and translating business requirements into data solutions.
  • Experience applying design thinking principles and working effectively in an agile environment is a bonus.
