We are partnered with a leading D&B company, creating inspiring office spaces. As they continue to grow, they are looking for a Database Manager to take ownership of their data systems, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and security across the business.

The Role:

0versee their CRM and database infrastructure. You will be responsible for maintaining data integrity, improving system efficiency, and supporting various teams with insightful reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and maintaining the company’s database and CRM systems

  • Ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance with regulations (e.g., GDPR)

  • Developing and implementing database policies and best practices

  • Supporting teams by providing data insights and reports

  • Identifying opportunities to improve database performance and efficiency

  • Training staff on best practices for data input and management

    What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in database management, CRM administration, or data analytics

  • Experience working within the relevant industry (construction)

  • Strong knowledge of SQL and database structures

  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar

  • Understanding of data compliance and security standards

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders
