We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Database Executive to join a reputable organisation based in Stanmore. If you thrive in a role that combines data management, process improvement, and enhancing supporter experience, this is the perfect opportunity for you. You will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of a fundraising database, ensuring it remains a valuable resource. Your expertise will contribute to delivering exceptional data services.
  
Key Responsibilities:

Data management, continuously reviewing and updating the database and data processes
Processing, cleansing and manipulating data, merging any duplicate records
Importing electronic data from various sources
Monitoring email bounce-backs and out-of-office messages to maintain accurate records
Database support and development including maintaining up-to-date training guides
Developing and improving data processes to support fundraising strategies
Assisting with analysis, insights, and reporting of fundraising data
Preparing data for fundraising marketing and communications
Adhering to data compliance & Best Practice in line with regulation
Building strong relationships with stakeholders and donors through effective communication
Providing support during fundraising events and assisting with data input   
Essential Experience/Skills:

Experience working in a similar role within the charity sector
Advanced user of a database or CRM, including a charity database
Experience running queries, reports, and exporting data
Experience performing data health routines
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Understanding of relational databases
Excellent IT skills and analytical mindset
