We are seeking an experienced Business Data Quality and Reporting Executive to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring the integrity of our data, which is vital for effective reporting and providing top-notch service to our customers. You will work closely with our CRM system, Dynamics365, integrated with multiple platforms, ensuring that data accuracy is not just a goal but a reality!

Duties:

Data Integrity Champion: Proactively review and cleanse data, correcting inaccuracies and identifying their sources.
Reporting Guru: Produce insightful reports and dashboards that help teams track trends and make data-driven decisions.
Training & Coaching: Identify training needs, coach users on data entry best practises, and empower them to leverage reports effectively.
Collaborative Partner: Work closely with various teams to understand their data needs and encourage adherence to data quality standards.
Continuous Improvement Advocate: Suggest enhancements to data processes and CRM functionalities, ensuring our systems evolve with our needs.

Requirements:

Proven track record in data analysis and insight generation.
Proficient in Dynamics365 CRM, including dashboards and advanced data entry techniques.
Strong knowledge of PowerBI, with the ability to connect to Dynamics CRM and SQL databases.
Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, translating complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
A team player mindset with the ability to develop strong working relationships.
