Role

Manager, Data Strategy (global role) who will play a pivotal role in supporting our Data Strategy team to drive adoption of the Open Media Studio (OMS) Platform across GroupM agencies and clients, accelerating the use of data to inform brilliant advertising strategies. They will support our Agency and Client Data Strategy leadership to manage client satisfaction, commercial health, and their understanding of our platform, solutions, and consulting services. You will help coordinate all aspects of delivery operations within our Data Strategy team to ensure exceptional delivery of client solutions to existing and new clients and drive the best experiences for clients and agencies. You will coordinate Choreograph’s responses and engagements across pitches and support Data Strategy leadership across current accounts in their delivery to agencies and external clients. You will design onboarding plans and training and advise on knowledge gaps. You will support and coordinate efforts across Data Strategy leadership in service of the success and adoption of OMS across clients and agencies.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Audience Led Data Strategy: Develop and launch annual data strategy approach including partner prioritization, role and application of 1PD, 2PD and 3PD data sources to drive business growth.
  • Support Platform Adoption (Open Media Studio): Coordinate trainings, assess and act on knowledge gaps, prepare collateral to support adoption of OMS. Coordinate responses in new business and support existing client and agency teams (including up-selling and cross-selling).
  • Agency Engagement & Solutions Success: Design training and onboarding plans for existing and new clients and provide basic walkthroughs and demos of OMS.
  • Support Data Strategy for Clients & Product Partnership: Collect client requirements, gaps and aspirations to feedback to product teams.
  • Adoption Measurement: Collate dashboards and prepare reporting to support platform adoption and success.
  • Thought Leadership: Stay at the forefront of industry trends and technologies and provide thought leadership that sets Choreograph apart.
