Overview of job
In this role you will be part of Global’s Commercial Data Strategy team. This team is tasked with delivering data-driven solutions and impactful insights to our clients across multiple channels and markets.
You will be working closely with various teams across the Commercial department and will be responding to briefs from our advertising partners, developing compelling insights, and providing practical post-campaign analysis.
Alongside your manager, you will also play a role in helping craft the future development of Global’s data proposition across all elements of the business – Radio and DAX.

You will develop expertise in the digital audio space while gaining exposure to the Outdoor branch of the Data Strategy team to understand how to integrate Global’s audio and outdoor estate for a multi-channel approach.
Measures of success – In the first few months, you would have:
Responded to briefs and prepared post-campaign analysis reports for key clients.
Set a personal development plan and defined ways of working.
Gained proficiency in Global’s datasets, industry data, and analytics tools across Radio and DAX.
Responsibilities of the role
Produce compelling data-led solutions for our Commercial team – translating audiences into digital audio targeting strategies across DAX.
Deliver insightful and useful post-campaign analysis reports.
Develop strong presentation skills and ability to respond to dynamic commercial briefs in timely manner.
Build strong alignment with colleagues across the Commercial department so that data is used in the right way, at the right times, and to full effect.
What you will need
The ideal candidate will be proactive and willing to develop and implement innovative solutions, capable of the following:
A passion for the media landscape and the role that data and technology play.
The ability to translate sophisticated datasets into impactful, compelling insight.
Understanding of Global’s media assets.
A keen eye for detail and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Experience, or willingness to learn, building decks and presenting to a wide array of audiences.
The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues from multiple teams across a business.
Creative thinker and a positive attitude
Preferable experience with Tableau, Excel, Alteryx and Snowflake.
