Data Steward Manager – Liverpool (6-Month FTC)

Our client, a leading law firm in central Liverpool, is looking for a Data Steward Manager to oversee a team of Data Stewards and ensure the integrity of client and matter data across key business functions.
What’s in it for you?

  • Central Liverpool location
  • Salary up to £55K pro rata + competitive benefits package
  • Hybrid working (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
    Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of Data Stewards, ensuring workloads are balanced and service levels are met.
  • Maintain data accuracy and consistency across business services, including Risk Management, Finance, and Business Development.
  • Oversee data governance processes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and resolve data quality issues.
  • Implement and enhance best practices for data management and reporting.
  • Support the Head of Risk with training, performance reviews, and team development.
    Skills & Experience Needed:
  • Proven experience managing, leading, or supervising a data team.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance, data governance, and practice management systems.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Professional, client-focused, and solutions-driven approach.
