My client is a digital transformation consultancy operating as market-leading specialists in the Financial Services world.

The company already offers consultancy and solutions across a portfolio of services including UX, technical and product development. (Eg. Tools, Dashboards, Products, Platforms, Portals).

We are now looking for an experienced Head of Data Services to join the business and carve out a new data-focused offering for their high-profile clients in the UK financial sector.

The Role

• Help to develop the data offering - How will that be embedded in the current suite of solutions?
• Identify opportunities for our existing clients.
• Deliver and evolve the GTM strategy.
• Work with clients to design the new products, then work with internal teams to deliver them.
• (Engineers, Developers & Data Scientists) to deliver the product or tool.
• Build a team and curate the structure & vision with the teams - Data analytics, infrastructure, engineering, etc.

The Person

• Ideally at least 8-10 years of experience working with technical data solutions/consulting/product within the UK Financial Services industry.
• Solid Analytical & Consultative experience/abilities.
• Able to work with clients to understand complex problems of the clients, create solutions and take those to market.
• Understanding of how the new data offering will impact existing architecture and how to manage this effectively.
• Highly commercial - opportunity enabler.
