We are seeking a Data professional to join our Data Science team. As a Data Science Associate, your role will be to help transform our clients' businesses into more data-driven entities, where data is used to drive action across all teams daily.

What You Will Do

• 
  
• Perform data analysis in Growth Revenue Management, Marketing Analytics, CLM/CRM Analytics, and/or Risk Analytics.
  
• Conduct analyses using tools such as SAS, SPSS, Eviews, R, Python, SQL, Teradata, Hadoop, Access, and Excel.
  
• Communicate analyses through compelling presentations.
  
• Solve problems, disaggregate issues, develop hypotheses, and generate actionable recommendations.
  
• Prepare and facilitate workshops.
  
• Manage stakeholders and communicate with executives.
  
• Coach and mentor team members.
  

What you'll bring

• 
  
• 3-5 years of professional experience in analytics.
  
• An advanced degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics or computer science.
  
• Strong analytical thinking, problem decomposition, hypothesis development, and data-driven recommendations.
  
• Technical expertise in data analysis, statistics, and programming, including Python, Hadoop, SQL, and R.
  
• Knowledge of Python data tools like Jupyter, Pandas, Scikit-Learn, and Matplotlib.
  
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
