Are you detail-oriented, curious about data, and eager to grow your skills in a professional environment? We're looking for a proactive Data Quality Assistant to join our Data team.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to meaningful improvements in the accuracy and quality of our data. You'll be involved in data management, helping to shape how we use information to drive business development and client relationships.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day administration and development of our core systems, including:

  • InterAction – our Client Relationship Management system
  • 3E Elite – our Practice Management System
  • MatterSphere (soon to be ShareDo) – our Case Management System

Working closely with the data team, lawyers, and business development colleagues across the firm, you'll help ensure our databases are accurate, up-to-date, and delivering real value.

  • Champion data quality across the firm
  • Maintain high standards for contact, client, matter, and business development data
  • Support legal and business development teams in using data effectively
The Person

Based on the responsibilities of the role, the ideal candidate will likely have some familiarity with legal systems, a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, and experience in data entry, data management, and general administrative tasks. You will be self-directed, articulate in both written and verbal communication, highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of building strong professional relationships.

The Activities

The role involves managing data change requests and ensuring data quality across the firm's systems. Key tasks include running data quality checks, resolving duplicates and inconsistencies, identifying reliable data sources, correcting incomplete or outdated records, and producing reports to highlight issues.
