Data Quality Analyst - Lloyds of London

Location: London (3 days onsite)

Salary: up to 70k + up to 30% Bonus + Benefits

MUST HAVE LLOYDS OF LONDON EXPERIENCE


We are working with a well established Insurance broker who are looking for a skilledData Quality Analystto ensure the accuracy and integrity of their data, maximizing its value across the organization. You will collaborate closely with IT, Underwriting teams, and the broader data community to uphold best practices and support the development of our Data Quality Framework.


Data Quality:

  • Support the Head of Data Governance in implementing a Data Quality Framework to improve organizational capabilities and maturity.
  • Ensure the integration of accurate, up-to-date data into systems at the point of need.
  • Implement and adopt Data Quality processes, standards, and tools, working closely with data owners and stewards.
  • Contribute to Data Governance groups, ensuring data quality issues are prioritized and addressed.
  • Collaborate across platforms and departments to avoid duplication and enhance alignment.
  • Develop and monitor value indicators to assess Data Quality performance.
  • Promote the adoption and development of Data Quality tools across the organization.
  • Ensure the effective operation and review of the Data Quality risk register controls.


Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

  • Knowledge of delegated data, data management, and Data Quality best practices.
  • Familiarity with SQL is an advantage.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions within deadlines.
  • Strong communication and management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract insights through questioning and interviewing.
  • Collaborative, detail-oriented team player with a genuine interest in the data lifecycle.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Experience in a Data Quality role within the Financial Services industry.
