At Specsavers, we’re on a mission to change lives through better sight and hearing—and we know that great decisions start with great data. That’s why we’re looking for a Data Quality Analyst to help us implement and embed our global data quality assurance framework.

This is your chance to play a key role in shaping how data is trusted and used across a global business. You’ll be part of a close-knit team of analysts, working across departments to ensure our data is accurate, complete, and consistent. From running audits and profiling master data to supporting data cleansing and building control reports, you’ll be right at the heart of our data quality efforts. You’ll also be helping us spot trends, identify root causes of issues, and drive improvements that make a real difference to how we operate.

We’re looking for someone who’s analytical, detail-oriented, and excited by the challenge of improving data at scale. You’ll bring experience in data quality or data management, a solid understanding of data modelling and ETL processes, and confidence working with tools like SQL. You’ll be comfortable collaborating with data owners, IT teams, and governance leads, and you’ll have a knack for spotting inconsistencies and turning them into actionable insights. If you’ve got a background in statistical analysis or experience in data governance, even better.

So, are you ready to help us raise the bar on data quality? If you’re looking for a role where your work will have real impact—and where you’ll be part of a team that’s passionate about doing things right—we’d love to hear from you. Join Specsavers and help us build a future where data is trusted, valued, and used to its full potential.
