Circa £80,000-£100,005 dependent on experience, + equity
Important! This role is not a traditional PM role - this is a Data Focused PM who will help a business to find problems, not solutions.

Role
After the launch of a new product, the business has a lot of user feedback, data points and hypothesis, but nobody owning what to do with all of this information. This is a role in which you come in, install metrics and measurements to identify what problems need to be solved first, and turn into actionable product decisions!
A mix of strategy, data analysis, user behaviour and product, working closely with Engineering, Sales and CX.
The role:
- Own all things Data! Metrics, Dashboard Creations, Qualitative and Quantitative Data, Analysis, and reporting;
- Develop & execute a research strategy that will focus on market trends + the competitive landscape
- Design and run A/B testing to validate product assumptions, establish feedback, manage product launch metrics
- Gather prospect/customer pain points, and technical feasibility for product improvement.
- Synthesize insights, tying all decisions to revenue impact. Prepare strategic recommendations and build business cases for new product investments.
Yourself:
- Super systematic. You have clear frameworks and systems for everything you do
- Data Driven - have designed metrics, built measurement frameworks, translated complex data into actionable insights with quantitive and qualitative analysis methods
- Have worked in an environment whereengineers/developers are your core customers,and understand their pain points
- Passion for high quality products - keen eye for Aesthetics, UX, Vision & an inclination towards design
- Some Data or Engineering knowledge, through experience or by training
