Data Migration Specialist (Veeva required)

We have registered an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to work for this innovative local client in a temporary capacity.

Starting in August and ongoing for around three months, our client is seeking someone with proven experience in data cleansing, data quality assurance and CRM systems to assist with a Veeva migration.

This is a full time, 37.5 hours a week

Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start immediately, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.

Temporary Data Migration Specialist Responsibilities

Data extraction, transformation, and loading tasks to migrate data.
Validate data integrity and completeness post-migration using predefined quality control guidance.
Collaborate with other teams globally and stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies.
Document data issues, resolutions, and lessons learned to support continuous improvement.
Assist in preparing reports and dashboards to track migration progress and quality metrics.

Temporary Data Migration Specialist Requirements

Proven experience in data migration, data quality assurance, or CRM systems.
You will have used Veeva previously (either Vault or CRM).
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and data validation.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of data privacy and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR).
