Job description
As a Data Manager, you will play a vital role in bringing together various repositories of enterprise data within a robust technology architecture and policy framework, supporting an enterprise-level transformation project.
You will be responsible for a small team and actively building out the overall data architecture and quality framework. Your focus will be on enabling data-driven decision-making to drive the company's growth strategy. Our client operates in the Defence & Security sector, working with national security, defence, and Industry 4.0 clients.
As the Data Manager, you will champion data quality within the organization, assisting internal stakeholders in developing key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring appropriate governance of data. You will advance the data and analytics management maturity through defining, assessing, and workshopping improvements.
The Key Requirements...
A good background in data and analytics architecture design, including developing data management practices. Able to advance data and analytics management maturity through defining, assessing, and workshopping improvements. Exposure to tools such as PowerBI, Boomi or IFS; training can be provided. Any exposure to the sectors our client operates in would be advantageous. Previous experience with ERP implementations, as you'll be joining midway through one.
