We're hiring for aData Integrity Leadas part ofdentsuinLondon.

Purpose of the Role

The purpose of this role is to lead the transformation of media data processes and culture, through the deployment of Dentsu Connect's Taxonomy Suite and Data Refinery, along with the design and implementation of a thorough learning & development programme.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acting as the key point of contact regarding Taxonomy Suite and Data Refinery roll-out across all clients in scope
  • Ensuring the solutions are being deployed and adopted at pace, according to quarterly targets
  • Working with Data leadership on continuously communicating the what, how and why of this change to the wider business to generate excitement, get buy-in and identify "champions" throughout the business
  • Creating content: a core training aimed at every employee at dentsu UK&I, highlighting the basics of good data practices and the media data lifecycle at dentsu and the creation of role-specific modules where necessary.
  • Analysing the various roles in the business and how they relate to this data lifecycle. Creating a training plan and calendar.
  • Identifying all relevant avenues for the successful rolling-out of this training plan, potentially partnering with Dentsu University and HR.
  • Setting and measuring relevant benchmarks before and throughout
  • Leading on identifying standardisation and automation opportunities thereby reducing dentsu's reliance on 3rd parties

Qualifications + Skills

  • Extensive experience in data management, ideally in the Media industry
  • Excellent understanding of good data practices with both drive and vision to implement change in both processes and mentalities
  • Experience in leading multi-facetted projects with a wide range of deliverables
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Innovative, pro-active, diligent, and thorough with the ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner

  • The team is based in our London office but operates under flexible working arrangements. The team are currently in the office 2-3 days per week -flexible.
