Team/Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Governance Senior Analyst to join the Services Data Governance team. This role will directly support the product management and enhancement of our business data governance platform, ensuring alignment with the enterprise data governance policies, tools, and architecture.

As part of Services Data Governance team, you will work closely with both central Enterprise Data Office teams and internal stakeholders to drive effective governance of our data assets. You will contribute to the design, enhancement, and management of our data governance tooling to meet compliance requirements and business needs.

What you’ll do

Support the Data Governance Product Manager in identifying gaps and opportunities between enterprise and business data governance platforms and tools. Assist in designing and building solutions that align with enterprise data governance policies, standards, and architecture. Participate in the enhancement and maintenance of the business data governance platform, tools, and processes. Facilitate effective coordination with Enterprise Data Office, IT teams, and other business stakeholders to ensure smooth integration and alignment. Support stakeholder engagement, training, and change management activities related to data governance practices. Collaborate in an agile environment to deliver tooling enhancements and governance capabilities iteratively.

What we’ll need from you

Proven experience working in Data Governance within a banking or financial services environment. Strong understanding of data governance operating models, policies, and processes. Hands-on experience with data governance tools such as Collibra, Informatica, Azure Purview Good understanding of data lake and data fabric architectures, data lifecycle management, and metadata management. Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a problem-solving mindset.
