Join a leading Central Integrity & Support organisation working at the heart of high-touch AI-driven customer support for one of the world’s biggest tech ecosystems. The Opportunity:We are seeking aData Engineerto join a dynamic team focused on enhancing user satisfaction and customer support efficiency through robust, data-driven solutions. You'll be working across two core teams—one supporting customer communication tools and another optimising the tools used by agents to resolve queries. Your role will be crucial in defining and building metrics, dashboards, and data flows that directly impact support quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable and efficient data pipelines and architectures.
  • Collaborate with Data Scientists, Engineers, and Product Managers to define success metrics.
  • Develop dashboards and data solutions that measure and improve customer support processes.
  • Lead metric definition initiatives, including identifying data points, building visualisations, and enabling experimentation.
  • Support ongoing projects such as improving knowledge management systems used by support agents.
  • Handle ad-hoc requests including bug fixes, data pulls, and general analytics support.


Key Technologies & Tools:

  • Languages:SQL (5+ years), Python (5+ years)
  • Data Visualization:Tableau, MicroStrategy (or similar)
  • Integration Tools:Azure Data Factory, Airflow (or similar)
  • Data Modelling & Pipeline Design


Ideal Candidate Background:

  • Proven experience working in fast-paced environments such as big tech, social media, or product-led companies (e.g., Spotify, Deliveroo).
  • Strong autonomous working capability with excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Deep understanding of how to measure success in customer experience or support-oriented products.
