SR2 are currently looking for a highly motivated

Data Engineer

for

B2B SaaS start-up organisation

in

London.
Location:

Central London (3 days a week onsite, 2 days WFH).
Key responsibilities:
Work with a small engineering team of eight to help deliver key projects on time.
Work on messy, complex real-world data challenges.
Build out their core product by integrating new datasets into client workflows.
Implement CI/CD practices for data pipelines to improve efficiency and quality of data processing.
Demonstrate strong programming / scripting skills (Python and SQL).
Work with increasing autonomy to shape the data engineering and technology work they do now and in the future.
Opportunity to progress your career with the business as and when the team scales.
Ideal background:
3+ years in a Data Engineering position.
Self-starter, who has experience with building data pipelines in the cloud.
Excellent knowledge of PySpark, Python and SQL fundamentals.
Familiar with Airflow, Databricks & BigQuery.
Exposure with Palantir Foundry would be a huge plus but not essential.
Ability to work on messy, complex real-world data challenges.
Experience working at a start-up company or a strong preference to work in a growing, fast paced environment.
