Overview

As DDT Director you will be the lead and primary point of contact for all Digital, Data and Tech workstreams. You will manage a team of engineers and analysts and will collaborate with planning, investment, strategy teams as well as media partners to deliver a holistic roadmap to bring the best in innovation and future solutions to the client.

You will be responsible for the development of data solutions that drive our client’s business goals.

Advanced Analytics– Analysis of 1P, 2P and 3P data to drive insights and measurement.

Performance Optimisations– Leverage Publicis groupe and media partner opportunities to optimise media performance.

Roadmap Development & Management– Idea generation, status tracking, prioritisation.

Thought Leadership– Monitoring market and category trends and translating that back into action.

Move Business

Our goal is to create brilliant experiences that drive faster growth for our clients, and you will work with various teams within the broader Publicis Media organisation (Data, Creative and Commerce Practices) to do so. Under this banner, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Continuously innovating and making Brave Plays to drive growth through product adoption.
  • Lead engineers and data analysts to drive high quality day-to-day output.
  • Supporting the DDT Partner to build roadmaps and execute across teams in order to drive commercial growth.
  • Being a subject matter expert in your field by staying close to market, media partner and category updates and translating this into insight and action.


Qualifications

In order to be successful in this role, you’ll have significant experience working in a data focused role at a media agency, ideally leading a variety of data/media projects. In addition to this, we’ll prioritise candidates who have the majority of the below skills and experience:

  • Brilliant data driven marketer who can tell compelling stories through data and gain buy-in across a wide variety of stakeholders.
  • A strategic and big-picture thinker, grounded in analytics and optimisation, able to uncover strategic insights that can help create, shape and transform overall client (digital) strategic direction through a media strategy and communications plan.
  • You will be confident in presenting both internally and externally and have the ability to translate complex areas into clear actions and insight.
  • You will be a strong digital practitioner, with experience gained from within a media agency or digital specialist agency.
  • Tight project leadership skills including driving accuracy, organization and collaboration from our team.
  • Managing a small team, ensuring all outputs from them are of a high-quality standard.
  • Ability to work within and contribute to an integrated agency team across media and data.
  • Commercial, naturally driven and high energy to constantly rise to the challenge.
  • Must have strong digital marketing experience, with a strong focus on data, tech & measurement.
